અંબાલાલની ઓક્ટોબર માટેની મોટી આગાહીઓ || अक्टूबर के लिए अंबालाल की बड़ी भविष्यवाणियां || Ambalal's Big Predictions for October

अहमदाबाद: राज्य के कुछ इलाकों से मानसून विदा होने लगा है.  फिर मौसम विभाग ने अगले पांच दिन शुष्क रहने की भविष्यवाणी की है.  वहीं मौसम विशेषज्ञ अंबालाल पटेल ने कहा है कि अक्टूबर चक्रवात का महीना होगा.  इसके साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि अक्टूबर का यह महीना 2018 के दिनों की याद दिला सकता है जब देश में अलग-अलग समय पर 7 बड़े चक्रवात आए थे.

अंबालाल पटेल के मुताबिक 7 अक्टूबर के बाद आने वाले तूफान ज्यादा घातक हो सकते हैं.

मौसम विशेषज्ञ अंबालाल पटेल के पूर्वानुमान के मुताबिक 5 अक्टूबर तक भीषण गर्मी रहेगी।  मध्य गुजरात में तापमान 36 डिग्री तक पहुंच जाएगा.  26 अक्टूबर तक गर्मी में उतार-चढ़ाव जारी रहेगा।  कुछ इलाकों में तापमान 38 डिग्री तक पहुंच जाएगा.

अंबालाल पटेल ने कहा कि अक्टूबर माह में 7 से 14 अक्टूबर तक राज्य के विभिन्न हिस्सों में छिटपुट बारिश होगी.  12, 13 और 14 को बादल छाए रहने की संभावना है।  इसके साथ ही यह भी कहा जा रहा है कि 10 अक्टूबर के आसपास बंगाल की खाड़ी में हल्का दबाव बनने की भी संभावना है.  गौरतलब है कि चित्रा नक्षत्र में भीषण गर्मी पड़ती है.  जब वायुदाब के कारण कहीं वर्षा होती है।

बारिश के बारे में बात करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि 10 से 14 तारीख के बीच बादल छाए रहेंगे और गुजरात के कुछ हिस्सों में हल्की बारिश की भी संभावना है.  इसके बाद 17 अक्टूबर को तट पर बारिश की बौछारों के साथ तेज हवाएं चलेंगी.

वहीं उन्होंने कहा कि नवंबर माह में जानलेवा तूफान आने की आशंका है.  सर्दी पर अलनीनो का असर लंबे समय तक रहने की संभावना है।  19 दिसंबर के बाद हिमालय में भारी बर्फबारी की संभावना है.  फरवरी में कड़ाके की ठंड पड़ने की संभावना है.  5 फरवरी के बाद जानलेवा ठंड पड़ने की आशंका है.

अंबालाल पटेल ने आगे बताया कि दक्षिण चीन की ओर एक चक्रवात बना है जो ताइवान की ओर से बंगाल की खाड़ी में प्रवेश करेगा.  जिसके कारण यह सिस्टम बंगाल की खाड़ी में फिर से विक्षोभ पैदा कर सकता है।  इसलिए 10 अक्टूबर के आसपास बंगाल की खाड़ी में फिर से चक्रवात आने की आशंका है.  इससे अरब सागर में एक सिस्टम बनने की संभावना बनेगी।  यह सिस्टम 10 से 12 अक्टूबर के बीच अरब सागर में फिर से सक्रिय होकर मजबूत हो सकता है।

इसके साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि मुंबई से लेकर दक्षिणी हिस्सों तक बारिश हो सकती है.  जब शुष्क हवाएँ बंगाल की खाड़ी में आती हैं, तो वे नमी लाती हैं।  जब ऐसा होगा तो बंगाल की खाड़ी में तूफ़ान आएगा जो ख़बरें ले लेगा.  इसके कारण उष्णकटिबंधीय तूफान भी बनते हैं जिसके कारण असम से उच्च दबाव वाली शुष्क हवाएँ आती हैं।  समुद्र के ऊपर नम हवाएँ बनती हैं।

राज्य सरकार किसानों को कई योजनाओं के तहत सहायता प्रदान करती है और इस सहायता को प्राप्त करने के लिए राज्य के किसानों को i-Khedoot पोर्टल पर आवेदन करना होता है। किसान कृषि कार्य के लिए तिरपाल, पंपसेट, फसल सुरक्षा उपकरण, पानी ले जाने वाली पाइपलाइन, फसल मूल्य संवर्धन और कृषि सेवा प्रदाता जैसे विभिन्न घटकों के तहत सहायता के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। गुजरात राज्य कृषि निदेशक की एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में कहा गया है कि 7 अगस्त से आई-खेदुत पोर्टल पर आवेदन स्वीकार किए जाएंगे।

कृषि कार्य के लिए उपयोगी तिरपाल, फसल सुरक्षा उपकरण, पंपसेट जैसे घटकों के तहत सहायता प्राप्त करने के लिए किसान आई-खेदूत पोर्टल पर आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

IMD:- Scientist of Ahmedabad Meteorological Department said that in the next 24 hours there may be heavy rain in the districts of South Gujarat.  In which the possibility of heavy rain has been expressed in Surat, Dang, Navsari, Tapi.  According to the Meteorological Department, there is little chance of rain in Saurashtra for the next four to five days.

Weather expert Ambalal Patel has once again predicted rain in the state.  He said that rains will start in the state in the first week of August and very heavy rains may occur from August 3 to August 9. Ambalal Patel has predicted rains in Saurashtra, Kutch, North Gujarat and South Gujarat.

It has also expressed the possibility of rain in South Gujarat including Ahwa, Dang, Valsad and there is a possibility of rain in parts of North and Central Gujarat.  From August 1, the deep depression will strengthen over Odisha coast and rains are likely from this system over East India region.  He further said that there is a possibility of heavy rains in Maharashtra in the coming days and also predicted heavy rains in Madhya Pradesh.
