Gandhinagar: The state government has taken a big decision amid the Corona transition situation. The state government has announced a special cash package in lieu of leave and pay pay hours scheme. The term of LTC has been extended by three months from 2016 to 2019.
In a resolution issued in this regard, the state finance department said that the benefit of special cash package scheme will be given only to those who have not yet availed the benefit of block 2016-17. Only those who wish to avail the benefit of this scheme can avail of the amount of leave received as per the rules under Holiday Travel Relief-Homecoming Travel Relief.
According to the Sixth Pay Commission, Rs. 2,500 Grade Pay or higher Grade Pay Rs. 50 thousand as per the proposed rent and Rs. Those with a grade pay less than Rs 2,500 will be charged Rs. The proposed rental amount will be recoverable only if the employee spends three times the rent of Rs 5,000.
