The necessary instructions are as follows. 1. First of all, every District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer has to login with Default Password on the given website www.dpegujarat.in and enter the vacancies by changing the Password. A list of all the medium schools with taluka wise vacancies in that district will have to be prepared in the primary department and upper primary department wise information and entered in the online software.
Subject wise spaces should be indicated in the upper primary section. (1.Language, 2.Mathematics-Science, ૩, Social Science) (a) To upload the vacancies as per the approved establishment as on 31/08/20, taking into consideration the vacancies as on 31/12/2020 Will remain.
That space should be considered full. (). In case the primary teacher / teaching assistant has already been transferred internally or district wise and has not been dismissed due to more than 10% vacancy, the original school vacancy shall be shown as vacancy and the vacancy in the transfer school shall be deemed to be filled.
If any matter is pending in the name court for any place in any district, such places shall not be shown as vacancies. 2. Primary teachers / teaching assistants who want to make an internal transfer will have to fill up the required details on the suggested website and submit an online application. 3. A printed copy of the confirmed application will have to get the signature-stamp of the head teacher of the school. Then the necessary supporting evidence has to be submitted to the concerned Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. 4. The concerned Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer will have to check the necessary evidence and give access to the concerned Primary Teacher / Educational Assistant regarding the receipt of the application

After the completion of the above work, the replacement order of the eligible primary teachers / teaching assistants will be prepared by the computer software as per the rules. Primary teachers / education assistants who have applied for transfer and are eligible for transfer as per the rules will have to get the print of the transfer order from the website themselves.
The Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer will have to obtain print copies of the transfer orders and keep them on file. The District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer will have to print and file the entire transfer orders. The printed signature of the District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer of that district will be considered valid in the computerized transfer order. Teachers will have to take adequate care in choosing the dice code and the name of the school while selecting the online school, the transfer order made online as per the selection will not be canceled under any circumstances. Inform the teachers about this, before implementing the transfer order, the transfer order has to be verified by the Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer and they have to sign the transfer order.
Transfer order will not be valid unless verified by Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Taking into consideration the above details, after studying the resolutions dated 23/05/2012 and from time to time, the transfer of primary teacher / teaching assistant should be done through online computerized system. Upon completion of this procedure, as per the provisions of the resolution, from 01/04/2021 to 30/04/2021, the teacher will have to give the option of going to upper primary.
If the application for change of district division is pending after the option camp, those districts will have to take action regarding the district division camp.
